Cycle input needed...
I am 34, 6ft, 232lbs, 17% bodyfat. My goal is to eventually get to 225-230lbs @ 6-8% bodyfat.
I have been working out 15 years and am unable to gain any further LBM no matter my diet or workout plan. Only thing I can gain is fat whenever I add calories, whether they come from protein, carbs or fat. My blood work is almost perfect. My testosterone is low normal.
I don't really know how to go about getting to my goal from here w/gear. I believe the best thing for me to do is put some more size on. Hold that weight for 3-4 months. Then do another cycle and drop the body fat.
Is this the best way to do this?
I have used gear in my early twenties without much success, as I was a "dumb kid" and thought I could just inject this magic stuff and grow without the need for perfect diet/cardio/training.
Now that I know better, I don't really know if this would be considered a "first cycle" or not?
any input is appreciated... ideas.. etc..Last edited by Oasis; 06-03-2006 at 02:42 PM.

I would look into your diet and get that into check. Then i would drop bf beofre you start your cycle.

The best way to get to your goal would be YOUR DIET and training. AAS would only help you IF and only IF, your diet is on point for your specific goals
That being said, a single ester Test ONLY cycle would be the best benifit as long as your diet and training are in line
There is information in the Diet Forum that will greatly help you with your goals
Hope this helps

Well, with all due respect right back at ya, AAS is NOT gonna do jack squat for you if your diet and training are NOT 100% AAS does not make up for diet mistakes in fact diet has to be that much better while using AAS or you will get nothing out of it,
the reason I suggested diet first, is you state that your BF is about 17%, that is a little high to be expecting great loss from using AAs. Your next statement about only being able to gain fat no matter what you eat ALSO tells us that it is HOW you are eating that is causing you difficulties, thus
YOU need to look into the diet forums to see why you are not losing fat!!
AAS is NOT a magic pill and the advice you get here is going to be what YOU NEED, not necessarily what you WANT, Sorry, we are here to help keep you healthy and safe too...
hope this helps

guy you're getting the best advise right now.....without a proper training and good nutrition...you'll be spinning your wheels.AAS are not the magic potion(no matter what they are and what strength you run them),they help....but make sure your diet in order.

Keep in mind, we are NOT saying that you CAN'T use AAS, just that to get your money's worth, you really want to make sure you can commit to getting to yoru goals.
When you feel you have got the diet part handled, we will be glad to help you with a cycle that will HELP
You need to do the research and bring us your cycle idea and we can guide you that way, so you have full understanding of what you are putting in your body and the proper PCT for it also.
Good luck and WELCOME TO AR
