    best cycle for tall skinny guy?

    what would be the best cycle for me? only used creatine, supplements. 6 feet, 185, low bf. 27 years old. been working out for years. strong back and bis, weak chest and tris

    food-nice joke. i eat tons of food and weightgainer ok. i eat so much blood is on the tp each time i wipe from so much digestion.i'm a hard gainer with low bf. heres a cheap pic

    look into test only cycle for your first. It's going to be a single ester test e or c at 500mg week for 10-14 weeks. The best way to shoot will be 2x a week to keep the blood levels even. you will also need an anti- like nolv. 20mg day with cycle and 40 day with pct.

    yeah i've read all this and i agree with what you recommend. i was just wondering if a tall skinny guy should use or add diff compounds other than test E or C. comprends-tu?

    What are the breakdown of your Macro-nutrients Rotty?

    Also you mention nothing of your leg muscles in your list of muscle groups? I am 6 feet 4 and prioritised my legs 1st and back 2nd when I was looking to put some lean body mass on. Try and give us some more information into your macros and your lifting schedule

    Rottypup - You realize it is more about how you lift and recover than the supplements - right?
    Range of motion, use of fast twitch fibers, rep scheme, compound vs. isolation exercises.
    There are so many things that come in to play for growth.

    It is the most anabolic basic you'll ever have in your arsenal.

    Give people an idea of your goals and they may be able to help more.

    not much is visible from your picture but your shoulder doesnt look skinny and at 185 your not classified as skinny in any country, race or culture.

    yeah i understand. each muscle group once/week. every set till failure. 4 sets, 6-8 reps.
    now someone mentioned macro-nutrients.. well, my diet consists of milk, eggs, bread, tuna and pasta, red meat when i have the money. every night before bed it's 12 large eggs raw. that keeps my stomach full during my 12 hour sleep.
    i've went from 155 to 185 in 3 years. my lifts are great for my size. but i want to take some juice and see what happens. oh yeah, i squat and leg press heavy but my legs are nothing to brag about

    no nothin else mate...test only imo for a 1st cycle,your height dont mean squat,sort your diet out as im sure you could put on a lil more weight b4 you start a cycle..............

    my diet has been the focus of my life since age 16. i just can't gain past 185. i take in hmmmm 5000 cals+/day with 250 grams protein+, but i'm not gaining. so i'm gonna take some AAS and see what happens. my guess is i'll explode

    cant see much from that pic bro.. but like ppl are saying test is good for a first cycle.. i used test/tbol and loved it..

    look at my traps bro. they;'re huge for my size. i deadlift 385 four times. so my max is over 400 and i look like nothing

    true.. i also have pretty big traps myself.. im trying to get over this shoulder injury but when its 100% i will start training my traps heavy again.. but just bc you have big traps doesnt mean u shoud juice..

    i actually pulled the bones apart in my right shoulder from doing shrugs heavy with dumbells. its my only injury that has caused the bones to move. its healed now and all is good

    I had a very hard time gaining weight - you maybe be eating too much! or too often. The more often you eat, the higher your metabolism gets. Try eating ONLY 3 meals a day, but HUGE MEALS. To gain my weight I had to eat at an all-you-can eat pizza place 3 times a day. I would wpend upt to 2 hours straight just eating. I was tall and skinny just like you. For people like us it is very hard to gain weight while staying lean. Go ahead and get fat, once you reach a good weight, start cutting down.
