I read you should use a 25gx 1" pin for quad injection...would it be o.k. to use a 23gx 1 " pin instead?? would this be more painful?

You can use whatever gauge you can handle. Depends on your pain threshold. I use 23g in glutes and 25 in quads, but I really don't think I notice that much difference between the two

Thats cool....no probs. IMO I wouldn't go any smaller than a 25g for oil based hormones.

I like 23g better. You can inject much quicker.
