    How long should you wait between cycle prds?(12wks. on 12wks. off)

    the time u take off is the time of ur cycle (ssay 12 weeks) plus however long ur PCT last for. if u know how long that is, add the two together if not research on PCT

    Until your natty test are back to normal (or higher than normal, which often happens with a good PCT.) Bloodwork is the key...

    Time on + PCT = time off. I'd also get your test levels checked before running the next cycle.

    Minimum time off is your time on including PCT.

    next time, get blood work done before your cycle and about 4 weeks after you begin PCT.
