can you help taken a shot of sus yesterday in right bum cheek woke up 2day in pain and the right hand side were i shot the sus is all swollen the whole bum cheek is this a common effect

my understanding is that taking sus alone will do that. I throw in deca with it and all my troubles go away!

im taking deca tomorrow, will i take it in the same bum cheek and will this stop the swelling

what are you taking now ?

the swelling is caused by the fluid breaking up the tissue currently within your body.. think of it like a bee sting.. this will pass over time and scar tissue building.. but if your using test, deca (worst for me) or sus... get very use to it.. no pain no gain..

The first time I shot sust I could not sleep on my back for week's!!

The pain should subside as your body get's used to the prop in the sust.

am taking sus and deca took sus for first time yesterday and taken deca tomorrow on monday so am taking to days apart (been told this is the best way)

Try mixing the sust and deca should cut some of the pain.

How many mg A week are you taking of each?

horse 2006, are u saying i should take sus in one cheek and deca in the other on the same day? or both in the same cheek? or put them in the same needle?
taking 2 shots of sus a week that works out 500mg and 2shots of deca a week that works out 200mg

i think he's saying mix deca and sus in the same shot.. the prop should be cut somewhat by the deca.. welcome the AS my friend... you will be sore at first but after awhile you will learn to love the soreness.. you're taking the two worst ones for soreness but i'm taking straight prop and primo right now and i can't feel a thing... it just takes time.. kinda like handling dumbells at first.. you develop those lovely caluses and now you could hold a burning charcoal briquette like arnold in red heat..

make sure and rub the area after the shot too, i found that when i do this for about 5 mins after the shot i have no pain, but when i don't i am normally sore for the next two days
