    I am 23 years old 6'2" 215 pounds. I have tried various methods of testing bodyfat but calipers are not attainable. My best guess from these methods is around 10%. My diet and exercise regimen is very strict as of the past six months consisting of five days cardio and 6 days weightroom every week. I am starting a cycle of Clen\T3\winstrol tabs tommorow. I have experimented with Clen before but that is all. My intentions for this cycle is to drop 15 pounds of bodyweight and roughly 1-2% bodyfat. Is this reasonable? I plan to use 30 mgs of winstrol a day for the whole six week t3 cycle as well as clen for two weeks on two weeks off. I would like to have any sort of feedback negative or possitive but remember that I already have the AS and it would take a while to order more. So other than telling me to change my cycle completely bring on the shit.

    Every time I do a high volume high intensity 3+ day per week killer squat routine, I burn off more bodyfat than any other method I've tried. I always end up gaining weight, though. I need at least 200 mcg of clen to feel it and know a bunch of folks who swear it doesn't work at all, so don't follow any listed dosing cycle too strictly - best bet is to go by AM body temperature and hand shakes and up the dose when these start to abate. I also really like anavar for fat loss, maybe 40-80 mg per day in 4 equal doses. In terms of diet, I always use cycled ketogenic BodyOpus-esque with the above to cut fat. I don't use Duchane's workout plan and don't eat carbs until Saturday AM, though. I hate this ****ing diet but it works.

    Never tried T3 or winny, because the above works like a champ. I've cut 20 pounds of fat in 12 weeks maybe 15 times this way with no cardio or diuretics and retained all my strength. Bodybulders, of course, need to get a lot more cut than old fart heavyweight lifters and are willing to be weaker as long as they look right for the contest. Never seen anyone at 1-2% except in old Auschwitz pictures. If I was at your 10% I'd be perfectly happy.

    I think it's very resonable, but I also think you could do it without the winny

    Sorry, I didn't read it right. You want to lose 1%-2% of your existing lard, not get down to 1%-2% total. Very doable.

    I would also like to know if there are any health issues I should look out for in oral winstrol. I've heard it's more dangerous than injectable. I have great will for dieting so i can make any changes necessary. Any suggestions or comments?

    without winny I would lose muscle C02boi. Any other AS I would order would get here too late in my T3 cycle.

    T3 is harsh on the muscles. It will burn muscle easily if you're not careful. Oral winny only has an 8 hour window. I suggest you up the dosage and split it between morning and afternoon to stave off catabolism.

    As for the diet, which should always come first, post it up in the diet forum. This will make or break the success of your cutting cycle. And as previously stated, your goals are easily achievable natty.

    I understand your concern, but if your diet is right you should be ok. Hell, if you already have the winny, go for it. Lot's of possible sides however.

    The clen and t3 should be your bigger concern. Such a small dose of winstrol and at a relatively short duration, there shouldn't be a problem. But t3 and clen are not to be taken lightly.

    I was thinking about splitting the winstrol dosage up into four times daily. I've heard it's good to take the tabs with food is this true? If so I could take one with every meal except my mid morning. What dosage do you think I should up it to? Remember this is my first cycle.

    Yes take the orals with food.. 50 mg is pretty common.. but you can up it to 75 mg..

    Its possible to lose 1 or 2% bf sure, but there is no way that you could lose 15lbs without dropping a ton of muscle. Why do I say this? Simple math...

    you say you are 215lbs, and guestimate around 10% bf. Whell that means you only have 21.5lbs of fat.

    So if you were to lose 15lbs of fat, you would only have 6.5 left, putting you at 6.5/200lbs (if you lost the 15), = ~3.25%. That's pretty damn low, and almost impossible to do without losing a lot of muscle...

    Anyways.... .Sorry I started to ramble,..
    My point was that you can definitely get chisled and lose the bf, just don't watch the scale and look for the 15lb drop. My suggestion, shoot for 5-8lbs while maintaining as much muscle as possible, maybe even gaining a pound or 2 of muscle. This will definitely cut you up and drop the 1-2% bf.
