whats up guys a buddy of mine plays D1 lax hes about 6'1 180ish and hes looking to put on some size and be able to muscle around the defense more then he can...the better way to do it would be for him to actually train harder and eat better but we've had the conversation b4 so hes not gonna buy into that...so if you guys could reccomend a cycle for him that you think would work best in his situation id really appreciate it...thankss
