T3 Dosage - Spanish Packaging - Correct Mcg's

Can anyone tell me which mcg to go by. The package is in spanish and there are two mcg numbers. It looks like this 100mcg/20mcg.

Yeah....I've seen these before. These tabs contain 100mcg of T4 which your body converts into T3. I forget the exact conversion ratio but I believe for every 50mcg of T4 taken...your body will covert it into 15-20mcg of T3.

So I guess I will start with a quarter of the pill and taper my way up. I figure I will increase by 20 mcgs every four days until I reach 100mcgs and then taper down from there. Totaling a 6 week cycle.
