    sustestryl? a few questions about it

    Ok...5'8 166. Just took week 6 of a 10 week cycle of sustestryl. It has deca in it along with a few others. I cant find any info on it on the web. Ive been on it and just took week 6. Ive noticed the strength went up quit a bit...but I havent really gained any size. When does this stuff start to kick in?

    I have heard nothing but good things about them. I am on the Adrol/Cyp right now but, I had a bad batch of Dbol . I have to wait a little longer to see what is gonna happen. We should discuss this more when you have the PM ability.

    on week 6....just noticed strenght...thats about it.....am I not doing enough? 1cc a week...for my size?

    250cc's I think right? Is that not enough for someone my size?

    ..no I know enough about it..I just wanted to take the minimum suggested. My strength has went up considerably...went from (on bench) 205x5 to 245x5 But I only gained 8lbs.

    Actually, I dont think you do considering you dont even know what a ml/cc/mg is and arent sure when you should see size put on. I mean, if you know enough about it, why are you asking questions?

    You do know that diet is key to gaining size right?

    again, whats yer diet/training look like?

    ok thats what I meant..im just really tired. Its 3am. my bad. yeah 250mg a week is what I do. I work out 5 days a week. Chest/tris-arms/back-shoulders on wed. then chest/tris again on thursday and arms/back on friday. ive been doin it like this forever and its always worked good for me. Diet..i dont know..I eat alot. Maybe I should look into it a little more.

    Well if yer not gaining on that routine I dont think its workin good for you.

    and that routine is HORRIBLE, I mean honestly, it isnt good at all. wheres yer lower body?? one day of rest for arms/back?! Chest/tris the next day after training them!!!??? I have never heard of anyone gaining well on a routine like that man, seriously.

    I run every day and I will not do legs cuz I have a bad ankle..and I can just get by running. (try going to BUD/s in the navy for seal training and almost breaking your foot off) Yeah I havent really had that good of a workout plan but out of all the ones I tried..this one seemed to work the best. I was thinking about doing chest/tri's one day bi's another day shoulders sep. and back sep. Then starting over that way. giving an extra day of rest.

    Im only on the 250ml. muscle milk, whey protien, Lglutamine.

    Ive been lifting for years..but took a break. Got back into lifting 2 months ago.

    22years old

    Goals are to be 175 or so.And Max out at 300lbs(in bench..im 30lbs away)


    Diet..i eat alot of everything..mostly tuna to tell you the truth. And alot of meat.

    Workout...I know it sucks..so help me out here..any ideas on what I should do?

    Man, how can you expect to gain on AAS when you dont even know how to lay out a routine properly and you are injured? you chose a bad time to start cycling man, Im not tryin to be a dick but its the truth. You think running is gonna build yer legs fully? well if building muscle isnt your goal then you shouldnt be usin AAS then. Working your legs is a tremendous benefit to your entire body. man.....I dont know what else to say........

    I hate doing legs to tell you the truth. Im just trying to get rid of the lazy fat i gained over the winter. Im not looking to get huge. My friend does 3 shots a week along with anadrol ..and hes enormous....im not looking to get like that. Just a nice tone for the summer. Which is why I didnt wanna stack. If i gain 15-20lbs off of this I will be happy.
