    staggered cycles

has any one heard of staggered cycles where once type of gear is used for say 3 weeks, then stopped and another one is started for 3 weeks, and then stopped and then another for say 4 weeks.

Yes, they don't make much sense and aren't very effective.

There have been many ways how to cycle over the years and many still do swap compounds during a course to help further gains when they have gone static, switching does help to free up test in many and works for them normally its within a long cycle, ive also tried switching compounds every 3 weeks but you must get the right combination of drugs and is very hit and miss if you dont know what your doing,

If you haven't got much experience in cycles id stick with what beens tried and tested to produce gains and then start to look at different ways to cycle when gains have slowed or stopped
