Hey guys, I have searched the site quite a bit but still seem to be a little unsure about what time of day I should be taking my dbol. I start next week at 30mg ed.. What has worked for you guys and why?? Thanks!

i use to split it up into 3 equal doses and take them 3-4 hours apart from when i woke up, so for you 10mg. but i always wake up at 8 and train at 2:30. worked good for me.
What mgs are the dbol????

if u have 5mgs tablets id go every 2.5 hrs if they are 10 mgs u can go every 4-5 hrs, it all varies

Normally I am up at 10 and in bed by 2am.. I workout around 2ish, will taking them right before my workout give me any extra umph??

i always have best luck taking it in morning and then preworkout and thats it
just split the dose 1/3 in morning and 2/3's preworkout
i take it WHEN I NEED IT

Spread it out through out the day. When are you taking your test?
Taking 500mg test enan a week.. monday and thurs in the am..
take 15mgs at 10 am and take another 15 mgs at 12 noon, this way your blood level is higher during the day when you need it, with d-bol forget all that level blood levels d-bol works best in overall peak dosage, this is best for size and strenght, 5 mgs every 4 hours , screw that GET BIG![]()
Thanks jucinator, will there be a big diff between taking all before workout and spreading the dosage.. I like the get big idea... I have never taken dbol and have lost quite a bit of weight since i moved to Euro! I need to get that weight back!
To minimize bloat from dbol, would it be enough to use 10 mg nolva ED ?
i am gonna take .25mg arimidex ed... .50mg if it gets bad
