YES!
I DID aspirate ...and i still had a problem. The needle moved just enough to go into a blood vessel. Luckily i am educated on the symptoms of sticking a blood vessel.
I went very slow, and began to cough quite a bit, so i asperated again. It was No Good. Thanks to going so slow, i did not pass out. Took a hit of my inhaler and laid down for 10 minutes.
NOT a pleasant experience. Avoid this by any means.

well, considering the amount of effort and time it takes to aspirate , why not do it anyway? just to be safe as possible
