    YES!

I DID aspirate ...and i still had a problem. The needle moved just enough to go into a blood vessel. Luckily i am educated on the symptoms of sticking a blood vessel.

I went very slow, and began to cough quite a bit, so i asperated again. It was No Good. Thanks to going so slow, i did not pass out. Took a hit of my inhaler and laid down for 10 minutes.

NOT a pleasant experience. Avoid this by any means.

    ASPIRATE!!

well, considering the amount of effort and time it takes to aspirate , why not do it anyway? just to be safe as possible

No need for schoolin, I think you know the risk you are taking. Fortunately I have never hit a vein..... but I have read the threads of those that HAVE and I for one woud never want to chance that feeling all for just saving a second by not aspirating....

Ya rolls the dice, ya takes ya chances.....just not smart that is all.....

YES, thats all you do! You may see a small air bubble, and that is a good thing!! If you would see blood, just remove, switch needles if you like, and try again. Its easy let us know how it goes, good luck
