19yr old and clen

I did a search on this but couldnt really find an answer. One of my friends who is 19 is consedering taking clen. He has never done any AS before as doesnt plan on it for a few years. He has been bulking for the last few months and made some good gains. Now he wants to cut up. HE has a problem with anxiety and takes paxil so he wont use an ECA and he was thinking he would use clen instead. I know cardio and diet are the most important part of cutting and he has that down just wanted a little extra help. Is it ok for him to use clen.
