    Question Cardio PW

I am balancing a lifestyle of working 12 hrs a day, trying to hit the gym hard and maintain a strict diet, you all know how hard this can be..Now trying to mix my cardio in is getting to the point where I can no longer do my am cardio. I get home from work exhausted, sleep for an hr or two go train and eat etc, byt the time thats over I should technically be sleeping at that minute to get my 8hrs.

So I am sacrificing some cardio for rest.
Debating doing cardio post workout as its the only time I can

    Rest vs Cardio?

    PW cardio vs PW nutrition???

How do these weigh out in your eyes, should I do my cardio PW or not at all is my PW nutrition more important.

I am currently on a dbol dec and test cycle 12 weeks on week 4..

bulk, maybe lose a pinch or two of BF.. I find that when I bulk I actually lose a decent amount of bf anyways.

I'd difenatly pic the rest over the cardio if you are trying to bulk.
