HCG and Juice together

So I injected .5 cc's tren 1 cc of enanthate and .5 cc's of HCG
All in the same syringe
I just found out you aren't supposed to mix HCG with juice
My quads a little swollen now and it kind of hurts
I only did this once if I don't do it again I should have nothing to worry about right?
