I did my first shot yesterday. It was completley painless. However today my shoulder where I did my shot is pretty damn sore and I was suppose to do shoulders today at the gym but ended up doing legs. I am doing 250 mg of test e twice a week. Sense I am only doing two shots a week would it be possible to just shoot my glutes evetrytime and just rotate? That would leave a week for each side to recover. I rather to my glutes cause they are not really that involved in my workout much like shoulders,biceps,or the other spots to inject are.
