hows it going guys, a lot of u helped me b4 i began my cycle and im hoping ill get some advice here now aswell...
i am in week 10 of my 1st cycle ever running 600mg of test E 2x per week (300mg ea time)
i ran dbol at 40mg for the first 5 weeks, and have been running 20mg of nolva every day...
at start i was 189lb at about 13%BF, i am now up to a good 208lbs at 13-14% now.... ive still got 2 weeks left on test then i wait and start clomid and nolva for PCT, my question is, (i know this is a training question aswell) ive gained most of it in shoulders and back. mainly saying ive broadened out a lot, only thing i was dissapointed about was my arms, they are a little short of 17 inches pumped, but when im relaxed they do not look big at all. what can i do to combat this? sorry if this is confusing and a dum question.... Also i will be running a Test E 700mg per week, 600mgs Deca per week, and 50mg dbol first five weeks in about 6 months... any suggestions on that cycle, and will i bulk a good bit more incorporating deca into this next cycle...
any advice is greatly appreciated..
