250/week is a low dose. You should feel the shorter esters in a week or so, but the longer esters wont' kick in for up to 6-8 weeks. As Keymastur said it needs to be shot EOD for best effectivness and more stable blood levels due to the shorter esters. Is This your first cycle?? Age, stats, cycle history, PCT planned?

If this is your firt cycle, Sust is NOT the best choice. A single ester test would be better and give you better results and less injections
