Absolutely not, in fact I believe it takes effect within the first week.
4 days in my opinion, albeit at the highest dosage, 2.5
thats when i lost my sex drive....4 days, lol.
To play it safe, especially with high doses, I'd start 2 weeks before your first injection. But like C Bino said, it takes effect within the first week, just not at 'full' effectiveness.
