From my experience the best protein comes from solid food like chicken,beef,eggs,turkey.Things of that nature.Suppliments are just that..SUPPLIMENTS.You rely on protein shakes instead of meals,your asking for in adequate results.Nutrition is one of the key elements to a successful cycle.
