    1st Cycle Advise

    Hello Peeps

    i am just hoping i can can get some advice on the cycle i am looking at starting.

    Stats are
    22yr old
    195cm
    102kg
    14-15%BF

    i have been researching and training since 18yr old.
    i have had my Diet assessed and written up by national BB Champion so diet is all good, training 4-5 days a week at the moment.

    the cycle i am looking at goes as follows:

    Week 1-Week 2
    20mg Nolva ed (PRE JUICE)

    Week 3-Week 7
    1ml Test E per jab (Mon Morn and Thurs Nite)
    30mg D-Bol ed (6tabs -1 every 2half hours)
    20mg Nolva ed

    Week 8-Week 14
    1ml Test E per jab (Mon Morn and Thurs Nite)
    20mg Nolva ed

    Week 15-Week 16
    60mg Nolva ed (PCT)

    Week 17-Week 20
    40mg Nolva ed (PCT)

    As i live in Australia i dont have access to Clomid so that the reason for Nolva PCT. if anyone has an alternative PCT or if i can improve on the above it please let me know.

    Did the Nat'l BB'ing champion not want to assist you with your cycle layout?
    Surely he'd have to know what you were doing in order to prepare an adequate dietary approach.

    Nah i didnt tell him i was going on the juice, all i planned on doing up the protien and calories when i started the cycle based on the diet he wrote up.

    No, shakes are not going to cut it. Your diet will need to be changed for both on cycle and PCT. Aswell your recovery diet will need to be tweaked after PCT. Diet is 90% of body building.

    Your diet will most likely have to be almost doubled. Even if your in aust. you should be able to buy the clomid on the AR research website in the above right hand corner.

    This may or not be a problem for you, but you might want to add some avodart to your cycle if you dont want to loose all your hair. The test and d-bol 2gether could get nasty, I think it would be best to minimize the potential balding to just the d-bols affects. However that aside your cycle is well done. Oh and if you cant get the clomid from AR, you could always try the PCT cycle from Anabolics Xtremes webiste its called the "RETAIN'' cylce.

    Why the Nolva throughout?
    Do they have AI's in down under?
    And 14wks of Test is a bit long for a first, said cycle duration exceeds your body's ability to make gains.

    i was wondering the cycle as well. lol

    My first will be 10-12 weeks, not sure tho.

    .25mg adex/day for whole cycle, and nolva and clomid for pct.

    calories at around 7-000. 240lbs. so 500g protein, 1000g carbs, 110g fat.

    i normally bulk with 700-900g carbs a day, 300+g protein, and 150g fat or so.

    mostly good fats from flax, olive oil, pb, almonds, salmon.


    1ml is what? 200mg 250? what diet are you using. whats your workout like.

    I have been lifting since i was 14, and i am 19. been reading on aas since i was 16.

    so i am in the same boat as you. dont rush it either, make sure your diet, rest, and training are keyed in. or it is your money being wasted, and your body getting ****ed up.
