my original cycle plans were to do dbol 1-3, decca 1-10, & sust 1-12. i know the majority of people on here say to run test to the end of a cycle. my friend however thinks i should do dbol 1-3, sust 1-10, & decca 3-13. he feels that the sust will still be in your system for 4 weeks after u stop taking it so it's not necessary to go with it to the end. any thoughts?

dbol-25 mg p/day
decca 300mg p/week (in 2 shots)
sust 600mg p/week (in 2 shots)

Well we need yer stats but, regardless, yer friend isn't giving you the best advice IMO. you can run the deca /test and Dbol from the start. Its going ot take a while before the injectables start to have an effect on you and in the meantime, the Dbol will help you start to gain soon.

okay, but is it true about the sust staying with u for 4 weeks after your last injection?

5'10" 195lbs. 3rd cycle. last cycle was 10 years ago tough. did primo and winny last two times. been lifting off and on for years.

yes it will last for 3-4 weeks after last shot, but so will the deca so your original idea is pretty much fitting.

running test alone a few weeks longer than the deca is a good idea since deca has a habit of hanging on to some people longer than it's supposed to.

i believe this is how i'm gonna do my cycle:

wks 1-3 25mg dbol p/day (20mg the first 4 days to make it an even 3 weeks)

wks 1 & 2 300mg sust (tuesdays) and 150mg decca (fridays)

wks 3-10 300mg decca (shots on fridays)

wks 3-12 300mg sust (shots on tuesdays & fridays)

as i stated, my last cycle was 10yrs ago, so my plan was to ease into it a little. does this sound good or should i make an adjustment somewhere.

Pyramidding is old school and not good for maintaining consistent hormone levels. Personally I think the doses are too low as well. I would do this

wk 1-4 Dbol 40mg ED
wk 1-12 Sust 500mg/week Shoot 250mg on Monday and Thursday
wk 1-11 Deca 400mg/week Shoot 200mg twice a week with the Sust

You should finish the Deca a week before the sust.
