Way to often in many threads there is a post where someone is complaining that somebody is an a$$hole or being rude.. People dont understand that the people giving advice are trying to HELP YOU, not themselves.. When somebody says to you to do your own research hes not trying to hurt you or run you around wasting your time- hes trying to guide you in the right direction.. When somebody says something that you dont want to hear then you classify them as a$$holes.. I dont know why this is.. Im not trying to cause a whole scene here, I just think people should relax a bit and not get so offended with what others have to say..
Sorry for the little rant, just though I would address the issue..

yes,i have even found myself looking for the answer that i WANT to hear.but you have to realize whats going on in your own head and correct for it.when you refuse to accept advice people are trying to offer it kinda makes you the asshole.

Lift is right and sometimes I"m guilty of that myself(sorry lift)....this a board so when you say things we leave ourselves open other to say what they feel.We ALL need to understand that,But you know what lift....they may move this thread to like the lounge or something.

AR takes some getting used to. Too many noobs dont read anything before plowing ahead with a thread. Many times members that have been her a while come off as harsh but are half joking.

its hard to say. we got some guys that stick with the low doses (and gain well cause they stayed at low doses), then we got other guys that run insane doses... like pinnacle

im thinkin that the average is probably around 750 mgs a week
