some ppl use benedryl for clearing of recpetors.. im not so sure about the whole proccess so i dont want to get to into detail.. also about dose- thats dependent on you.. i know some people who start at 20 mcgs and bump it up 20 mcgs each day until 120... some people i know run it at a steady rate.. type in clen in the search function and you will find much more info.. You should know everything about it b4 using bc it can be dangerous if abused..

ok, i found out about the benadryl by looking through the forum, but is the link i posted the correct benadryl to be using? or is this a completely different substance?

basically i want to use the clen while on test, and worried about it blocking the receptors i know how to use clen, but need to know how to dose benadryl to keep receptors clear, and how effective it really is?
