    test flu

    I was just wondering what the side effects of the test flu are and when usually does it happen in a cycle. I'm 6 weeks into a cycle and have a bad sickness. I just feel like shit!

    Side effects?? Well, they are FLU like symptoms...fever, achy, sweats Usually lasts just a few days. Try to push through it.

    that is what i feel like. I just didn't know that it came in the middle of a cycle. What causes this?

    Can happen different times for different people, basically it is jsut your body adjusting to the foreign compounds you are putting in it. Most everyone gets it to some degree. You should be fine...get rest, plenty of Vitamin C and all that stuff.

    Everyone is different, but YES, it is very common. There are some that say they never get it so It all depends on your body I guess. I get it

    sman if i'm not wrong u said that this was ur pic when u were 33 years old and u didn't use any AAS at all , wow this is great man , sorry guys i know this is away from the topic but i always wanted to comment on that . lol
    also to comment on this post test flu mostly happens to everyone and u will feel symptons like sman told you , don't panic this is so normal

    Yeah that's pretty damn ripped bro. I have a question for you - it's off topic but I'm taking test E while trying to rip up myself (first time neophyte here). Do you think there's a chance that water will blur my vascularity and definition (even if I keep my diet super clean and low sodium?)? Thanks.

    BF% at time of competition was about 3% done with skin calipers.


    test E can make you retain some water. You can use an AI like Arimidex or letro to help keep water off during cycle

    Can you use Nolva to control the water?

    Three percent. Damn! What were you weighing in that photo? About test E, at what point does water become an issue? Is this when it kicks in at week 4-6?

    it would take too long to type it all out.
    basically it was a 12 week CONEST diet. 6 meals a day, I logged and counted every single calorie for the entire 12 weeks
    Heavy lifting not too much cardio

    the test is different in everyone. depends on dosage and genetics, so that one is hard to say when and if you will retain much water

    no i don't want pre contest diet , i want to know the way you trained from the start till you made a good bulk at first , the bseto routine you always did that helped you make your gains , your strategy in training and how many gm of protein you got daily , how many days you used to train just general info , don't worry i will not steal your secrets but i must say to reach this form with no AAS (if you are really honest ) just fantastic

    I dont' lie !! I have posted in here about my workout theory and i folllowed it. I would have to dig out my old logs to give you the exact details.

    No real secret. that is why I said you could look at a contest diet. I started at 192# and 14-15%BF and at contest I was 170 at 3%
    Now I am 220# at 15% getting ready to start cycle in July

    Here is the training theory:

    BASICS OF BODYBUILDING
    AS INSTRUCTED TO ME PERSONALLY BY A FORMER PROFESSIONAL BODYBUILDER,
    PRESENTED HERE FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION BY:

    SMAN12B

    Muscle Physiology:

    Anaerobic Exercise vs Aerobic Exercise

    Fuel source burned during weight training = SUGAR (From all Carb Foods)
    Fuel source burned during cardio training = FAT (Dietary or stored body fat)



    Muscles use as fuel: 1st = Blood Sugar
    2nd= Stored Sugars (Glycogen)
    3rd= Protein & fat (Catabolic State)

    Muscle Fibers used in:

    Weight Training= Mostly Fast Twitch Muscle Fibers

    Aerobic Training= Mostly Slow Twitch Muscle Fibers

    2 Kinds of Fast Twitch Muscle Fibers:
    2A- These fibers can expect growth of only 25% greater.
    2B- These fibers can expect growth of 100%

    GOAL OF BODYBUILDERS IS TO TRAIN TO HIT THE “2B” MUSCLE FIBER
    All weight training uses the “2A” fibers FIRST, but they have limited growth potential!
    “2B’s” are more stubborn and only come into play in response to TENSION. When tension on the muscle is greatest, THEN and only then do the “2B’s kick in!!!

    WORKING 2A FIBERS OVER AND OVER NEVER RECRUIT THE 2B’S
    If you hit the 2B’s, you will ALWAYS use the 2A’s first!!
    MORE WEIGHT=MORE MUSCLE RECRUITMENT

    SO, what determines Total Muscle Recruitment??
    HEAVY WEIGHT IN THE 6-12 REP RANGE WITH PROPER FORM

    REP RANGES: Less than 6 reps = Increase in strentgth but not muscle size.
    From 6-12 reps = Increase in strength AND size.
    More than 12 reps = Improves muscle endurance NOT size.

    Too many reps produces too much LACTIC ACID which breaks down GLYCOGEN (muscle fuel) and the ACID build-up prevents total muscle contraction!

    # OF SETS TO DO FOR BODY PARTS(Just a guideline)

    CHEST= 9- 11
    BACK= 9-14
    QUADS= 9-12
    HAMS= 4-6
    CALVES= 4-6
    BI’S = 6-8
    TRI’S = 6-8

    In REAL life, More sets are better, HOWEVER do NOT let the INTENSITY fall!!
    Meaning, all sets have to be HEAVY in the 6-12 rep range and taken to failure
    Failure = last two reps should be extremely hard or require some assist to complete.

    NO LIGHT SETS!! Except your warm up sets.

    No problem bro. I have no reason to lie about AAS use. I was natural for 35 years. I am 41 now currently loading with HGH and will be cycling in July for the fourth time.

    i got mine 2 days after my first injection. i came down with a serious fever and headaches. i took 4grams of vitamin c a day and drank a ton of crystal light along with a few dayquils and i killed it in 2 days.
