Sustanon cycle

This is what I plan for my cycle. Tell me what you guys think, Thanks.

1-10 wks 500 mg sustanon 250 (inject twice a week sundays and weds)
1-10 wks 10 mg of nolva

PCT
3 wks after last injection
clomid and nolva

This is not my first time cycling. I've done deca/test e in the past.

sust needs to be shot at least EOD. You could shoot 0.5ml EOD, that's what I'd do. I don't like sust personally. I'd go with test e or c, either would be optimal for the injection schedule you described.

What are your stats? age, weight, height, training experience, juice experience, etc...?

I've been training for over 3 years. Diet is not the greatest but its decent enough. I've done 300 deca with 400 test e for the past 2 summers. Is it necessary to inject eod or can I get away with injecting just twice a wk?

It's best injected eod but yes you can get by injecting every 3.5.

This can work... it doesn't 'have' to be shot EOD..

Personally i'd drop the nolva.. and get an AI instead.

Otherwise it's pretty standard

Im in week 8 of Sust 250 shooting every Wed pm and Sun am and ive really come on well, gained 14lbs up till now, dont seem to be carrying much water compared to my last test cyp cycle, im very pleased with Sust, wasnt expecting gains like this.

I tend to lay off the Nolva whilst on cycle, i always think it hinders gains, might be wrong, but then again im not gyno prone. Just keep it on hand and use it in PCT, i recoverd well last time using only that.

Hi, out of interest when did you consider yourself fully recovered after your last cycle, how long did it take and how did you gauge it, with blood work or monitoring your libido?
I'm interested as I'm 5 days into my PCT and my libido feels back to normal.
