    rash on chest/shoulders/back

hey i know this may be normal..well not normal, but not abnormal either. any of the rest of u get this? its little red bumps and dry skin. im somewhat fair and my skin is not the greatest..thanks to genetics. it seems when i go tanning, it goes away somewhat, but i dont go to the bed as much as i should. is this a sign of a stressed liver? i know the liver in some way has to do with skin. the rest of my body is smooth and normal. its just in those areas.

cycle? if it was your liver , your finger nails get yellow so does your skin, eyes, under your toung. red bumps, sounds like acne.

keep those areas clean, i hear dish washing soap works well, and tan as much as you can, to keep it nice a dry.

Vitamin b5 (pantothenic acid) in high doses is supposed to help clear up acne. Do a search and you'll find exactly what doses to use and how long etc.....good luck

thanks jsik. well i went down and bought some right now. gnc doesnt carry it, nor does savon. but i found them at the VITAMIN SHOPPE(uh oh i posted a source! haha). 500mg pills (100count) for about 7bucks. but according to that article, thats 20pills a day. im gonna start off with 10pills/day (5g). my face doesnt get acne thanks to proactiv, but the other spots do.
