First Cycle idea.
Hi guys im 5'8 155,2 years lifting expierience i want to go on my first cycle and try to keep the gains as long as i can.I have my diet in check.Supp with cee and amino acids. I want to have the least side effects.im shooting for 10-20 pounds. Im thinking.
Deca Nor 50 827.5: mg 1 cap 4x day
Sustenol 250 100mg : 1 cap 4x day
Using an 8 week cycle.
what do you guys think

umm cycle = food
look in the diet forum. Follow and complete a proper bulking diet and you will gain your 10-20lbs in less then 3 months if you stick with your diet.

ive got from 127- 155 with diet and training. Im having trouble making further progress.is there anyone what could give me some advice.

It looks like your talking OTC supps and not AAS! You don't say how old you are and what training experience you have so no one can really say what to do besides training and eating! Hit the gym real hard and eat everything in sight and do ALOT more reading on this board and don't think that popping some pills will get you that Adonis bod, knowledge is the the most powerfull steroid !

Like I said before, it depends on your age. Everyone plateau some where in strength and weight. Some more often than others. I couldn't get 300 for one when I was a sophmore in HS. I could do 295 for a double and couldn't break the barrier for months. What you need to do is shock you system, not use aas. Look up a variety of training methods. If you bb then do some PLing and vice versa. Usually big guys like me are putting every bit of their natural test to use and need something extra. I don't recommend it for you at this point. That is unless you doctor tell you that your endogenous test is low.
