Anyways, like I was saying you have to see how you react before you can decide what doses to run. I used clen once (prolly never will again as diet and cardio are my best friends for cutting) I would take 160mcg in one serving than could pass right out. Never sweating on it and never had the shakes, now my brother who was using the exact same clen was getting shakes at 1/3 of my dose. Also keep in mind that these sides effects not being present in no way means that its not working, but it just goes to show you that clen effects everyone differently and setting up doses based on what someone else (VET or not) told you is not the best way to run it. You have to find out for yourself, start at 60mcg ed and see how it goes.
