    So I need to cut

    I wont be doing another cycle for a month or 2 and Im trying to deside if I should cut my cals down by 500 now and go for lean mass next cycle or stay looking bloated and do a cutting cycle later on......

    The only thing I am worried about is losing the muscle that I have trained hard for all yr and end up starting from scratch. All I know is that I want to lose some fat now.

    I finished 2 months ago. And I used clen 2wks on 2wks off kinda thing. It helped but not I still have that stupid fat under my chin sometimes. Thats the only thing that really needs to go.

    i dont know about the amount of calories to drop, i would suggest to maybe critique your diet and clean it up. step up the cardio and work your way to your next cycle that way.

    You do have to go into a caloric deficit in order to start burning calories from fat. However you do not want to put your body into "starvation" by lowering your calories to far. This will cause you to store everything you eat. Make sure you eat every 2.5 to 3 hours to keep your matabolisim going. Keep your fat content between 15-20% your Carbs at 50% and Protein around 30%. Your last 2 meals of the day start to drop your carb ratio down to 30%. This should give you a great fondation to work with.

    Ive been eating ~ 90g fat, 240g protein and 330g carbs. Maybe drop the fat down to 80g?

    I am trying to cut right now before I start my first cycle. Using the Clen 2 wks on and 2 wks off, and starting to work great.

    dude im not sure of your stats but you're still hoverin around 3100cals that pretty high. I'd cut the carbs down.

    Also where are your sources of carbs? Low GI? High GI?

    Where are your fats coming from?

    I think you should post a typical day how about right down everything you eat tom and post it and like that you'll get more help.

    my main source of carbs are oats and whole grains. my fats come from natural PB and olive oil. well i mean i was eating 4-5kcals when i was bulking.
