Where to get letro ?

Hey guys....
This might be a stupid question but i am from BRASIL and after looking for it in the usual drugstores, i couldnt find letrozole (femera) anywhere...

What the hell ?!?!?!
Is it not sold around here ? Should i have it manipulated ? Or am i stupid enough to look and find nothing?

What is the comercial name of it around here ?

If you ask for it in a drugstore its Femar but i think you will need a perscription ?
I reccomend AR-R if you'll order there
