What do you workout/Juice for? Body Building or.......
To just have a nice bod for the ladies?
I'm 6'1", 205lbs and 11% body fat, am actually pretty happy where I am now, but would like to drop about 3% body fat.
While my lifting partner is 215lbs, 5'9" and lower body fat than I am from what I can tell, but always wants to get just bigger.
I just like to be solid and lean, while having some good size. I have no desire to be over 240lbs, I think i'd scare the girls off If i got that big.
I'd be more happy with a Tommy Brief Modles body than Dorain Yates' body.

I lift for myself and nobody else. If somebody thinks I look sexy or like shit that's their opinion, but it's all about how I feel. I like to see my body transform into a more muscular physique but nothing like the pro's have. I'm just happy to have a hobby that's healthy and enjoyable to do.

I do it all for the ladies, just about everything i do is for them.
I guess my hobby would be ladies also then :P
I work out for them
Run for them
shower daily for them (what a pain)
I dress well for them
Hell, i even brush my damm teeth for them.

I do it for me, and too know I protect the one's I love better.
there's always the added benefit of the girlfriend liking it as well..

I do it for myself, to be healthy and get the looks. Also, I tend to be an angry person sometimes (damn Halo, J/K) , so I can take my anger out on the weights, not the people I care about, and regret it later. 3-4 years ago there were probably 30-40 people all hanging out at the pool, girls in the bikini's and guys with no shirts, and I was the lowest BF there, and at the time I was at least 18-19%, and I was the "skinny one" . It makes me laugh now when we are at the pool, or on the boat, I almost have the six pack, while my friends have the keg.

I lift because it makes me happy. I have a goal for myself, and to be honest, if I was doing it for someone else, I don't think I would achieve it. We have to live with ourselves...I don't want to look back 20 years from now and think I should have or what if I...Simply want to be in the best possible shape for myself, and if the ladies enjoy it, then that's iceing...

I do it for me and no other reason. Its for the love of the sport not for girls. And being over 240 does not scare anyone away. I am 330lb now and I have NEVER had a problem getting girls.

I definately workout for the sense of accomplishment and the fact that it's so damn healthy. The perks of looking good and feeling good are just the tip of the iceberg.

GIVES ME SELFCONFIDENCE
...i've always lifted for myself but events over the last 4 yrs i needed something to make me focus more on me...and it was this(gear). i was just consumed with trying to find out more and more about it..thanx to this place and the old (bodybuilding.org).plus i was like alot of people ignorant to roids till i researched..now im sorta in the known..so is it safe to say (drugs saved my life?) ..well pprobaly not that drastic but who knows what the future holds.....

I lift for all the poorly treated lettuce in the world. I'm not entirely sure how it will help with the current lettuce epidemic but I am certain it is doing something. At the very least, I am getting bigger and thus become more an more capable with each passing day of defending the rights of the planet's precious lettuce. Man, I have to stop doing this. Sorry.

I lift for myself considering when I started I was 6'3 150 pounds at 20 years. I was sick of being skinny. Also, now that I have bettered my physique more people ar enoticing me. WHich in the end makes me feel better about myself and my wrokout habits.

My bodyfat is just over 13% and dropping (about 13.4 or so now but thats by those electro things, been to lazy to use my calipers...lol) Best I have been was 292 at 9%
Should be easy to beat that now...
