    Lestro Question

    Hey guys. I got some lestro but I am confused how to use it. It is in my a pump but it says not for human consumption on the bottle. Do I rub this on my chest/nipples or am I suppose to consume it? Also it says on the bottle 30mL 2.5 mg/mL. How much is one pump? If anyone can help I would appreciate it

    If its AR brand it is 10 pumps= 1ml...

    It would be easier to get an oral syringe to get an accurate measurement. A common dosage is .25-.5 mg ED

    Well I have not done a cycle yet. But I have always had puffy nipples and very large and I was told it might could reduce this to make me less prone to gyno before I go into my 1st cycle. Is this true. If so should I do 10 pumps?

    Yes thats true however 10 pumps would be WAY too much, stick to 1-2 pumps max and start it at least a wk before you begin your cycle...what will you be cycling?

    Just use the syringe they provided(at least they did with my last order)or buy one at wally world. With a substance as powerful as letro I don't trust a pump to measure my doseage.

    Well my first cycle I was going to do Sustanon 250 400 mg/week with a dbol stack and deca 300 mg a week for the 1st 10 weeks. Only thing is I am really scared of getting gyno and if my nipples are naturally like this then I want to prevent it. But I am very confused. Some say Novaldex, some say it is usless and should use lestro others say something else. I am confused. I have researched cycles and read many books for about a year now. I am 27 and worked out since I was 18 and still finding it hard to get successfull gains and keep them so I want to start cycling. Any suggestions would be of a great help. I have also though about human growth hormone but I have a personal problem there my gf might not like.

    Use letro without a doubt if youre prone like you say....hmm.. seems a bit much for a first cycle...personally i would just run some test enanthate at 500mg per wk..and frontload it with Turanabol....alot safer than Dbol for a first cycle...and the deca..well...In my opinion you wouldnt need it....

    No i wouldnt use nolva at all...and if youre set on using sustanon (which is way over-rated) then Make sure you shoot it every 3 days...
