right on bro.... that seems like great gains for only 100mgs of each.
Thats what I thought. I've been training for 14 years and I gotta say, I've never seen gains like this, and I used to compete powerlifting...

I'm now finished with my Deca Test E cycle didn't go any higher than 1.5 cc on both drugs for 10 weeks and got amazing gains.. I'm not looking for the freak look, I'm 225 naturally with a powerlifting background. I don't think you need that much more than that. You're just gonna lose that much more when you come off.

yes...but a good PCT is good keepin of gains..not all, but good amounts...are you seeing any bloat from the cycle???? in the face??
You do loose after every cycle, if not then it would be like planet of the apes! What you will find is that as your AAS career evolves so will your need to add/increase compounds and dosages. My advise would be to keep your intake as low as possable in order to gain accepatble results, not getting sucked into the trap of thinking that large dosages mean large gains as this is not always the case.In doing this you will ultimately do yourself less damage whilst making optimim gains.Originally Posted by Posideon

Great thread. Just what i was looking for. I'm on my 2nd week of 250mg Test Cyp/200mg Deca/ 3IU GH ED. Feeling good so far but really no results quite yet. But from doing all my reasearch everyone says those doses are just too low. I'm starting here and being patient to see what results I can get with minmal effective dosage. Next cycle I can always increase If I'm not satisfied. But from reading on here everyone seems to dose Test @ 500mg+ and Deca@400mg+. Its gets discourageing thinking that my cycle is a waste of time.

I felt the same way wise guy, then that one day comes and boom it looks like you've gained 10Lbs of rock hard muscle and the strength to go with it. As for some of the other questions, I was seeing minimal bloat from the dosages I was using. Again I'm not looking for monster gains but definetley some gains that I know I can 90% keep with a good PCT and a solid diet. I was running more Test E than Deca, for that reason alone UFA. Just a little more Test E than Deca though. I didn't go any higher than 1cc with Deca, and didn't go over 1 1/2 with the Test E. I know it's low, but you can't argue with success. Off for 3 1/2 weeks so far and still look basically the same, and my strength is like I had never got off...

glad to see the updates i was out of the country for a week so nice too see your results were good w/ low doses. I am considering this type of cycle as well for my 1st cycle. keep it up!
