I am about to start a sustanon-250 only cycle and I was wondering what would be the proper dosage per week would be for me? Also would it be better to shoot ED or EOD?
Weeks:
1-12: Sustanon mgs?
13-16: Clomid 100mgs/day

Stats:
5'10"
170lbs
10% BF "quesstimated"
Cycle experience: DBol, Test E, Deca, Fina

I agree with EOD... I'm currently running sus shooting EOD... Left cheek, right cheek, left shoulder, right shoulder... You want to give at least 6 days inbetween same site injections. Make sure to massage the hell outta each one and prop will burn for a few weeks ... but you'll get used to it. Also... run some type of an "AI" like Arimidex (Liquidex) or Letro (if your really prone to gyno... otherwise stay off letro cause it makes u tired).

My sust didn't kick in for about 4 weeks... so be patient my friend and kick some a$$ ...

500mg is a good dose but if you shot eod then you will be doing a weird amout in the syringe, so to make it easier go with shots on monday morning and thursday night...also pct is right on at 14-18 days after your last shot....if you are prone to gyno then start a dose of .5mg of letro ed...
