Water retention is a sign of estrogen which also means fat?
It seems that keeping water down is also keeping fat storage down. Is that right? After one injection of test E, I'm already seeing water retention and a blurring of my vascularity. Should I seek to control water to control fat? Right now I'm using 10 mgs ed of nolva. Is this adequate or is 20mgs better.
I don't want to use to much nolva lest I lesson the effectiveness of the test E. Any feedback is appreciated.

It doesn't mean your adding fat. If you want to keep more water off then you could run 20mgs/day but personally I wouldn't.

Run it at 10mg ed, however,if you start getting itchy/sore nipples then up the dose to 20+mg.
IMHO

Like roidattack said, this is untrue, they are not related. AI's are far preferable to Nolva for alleviating during cycle water retention, so rather than upping Nolva, purchase an AI.

Elevated estrogen does effect fat storage - to what extent I don't know. However, I am with you on this one. If I am retaining water, which is estrogen related as well, I would suspect that some redirection of fat storage is happening. I prefer A-dex and take it while on to significantly reduce estrogen-related side effects - particularly gyno. Stuff works wonders.
