    Cycle + Diet advice/critique pls!

    OK-- so for background-- 5'8 203lbs 12% bodyfat. 2 cycles in history-- most recent cycle was 500mg sust/400mg Deca weekly x10wks using hcg during cycle and following with PCT.

    Next Planned Cycle-- Goal is Quality Mass with minimal additional fat gain

    50mg Dbol per day for 5wks
    600mg Test E wk for 10wks
    400mg EQ per wk for 10wks
    cytomel T3 50mcg per day during the last 4 weeks
    .25 Arimidex daily + 10mg Nolva daily
    HCG 300IU 3x per week during cycle

    PCT
    20mg Nolvadex daily
    Clen use daily

    I was looking to gain some mass from the Dbol jumpstart and then let the Test Enanth take over. I was planning on some help from the EQ at hardening and improving the quality of the muscle gained from the Dbol/Test.
    T3 used while still on anabolics to shed some of the extra fat from eating so much

    Am I using enough anti-E's? previously I've used just Nolva @20mg-- but I want to incorporate Arimidex in to help counter the bloat from DBol

    How many calories should I intake? I've done the searches, read the posts, and have become much more confused by the contradicting and varying opinions. Previously I just as a rule "Ate clean and ate ALOT" and it worked ok... trying to improve on that aspect.

    I will be doing HIIT Cardio 4x a week in addition to my resistance training (I'd like to come away with alittle more endurance)

    I would use more EQ. (maybe 600mg)
    I would also run it for longer. (15 weeks or more)
    thats what I would do

    Minimum Calories I would suggewt are:

    Proteins-300g= 1200 calories
    Carbs - 600g=2400 calories
    Fats - 150g=1350 calories
    Approx 5000 calories

    JMHO for MASS. adjust fats acordingly

    Thanks-- So I guess consensus is take more EQ than I had planned + take Test E 1 wk longer

    Anti-E doseages looking sufficient?

    yes it does, though i like to have letro on hand because it seems to nip all of my estrogen sides in the bud

    If he eats like that throughout the entire cycle,I assure you he'll look like the Pillsbury dough boy by cycles end.
    You need to ramp your calories throughout the cycle.You just don't start at X amount of calories,in this case 5K which is alot.You should start your diet at maintenance level calorie -wise.Say 3000 for argument sake.The following week add another 200 calories to your daily ntritional plan.Then the following week another 200 cal.You get the idea.This ensures you won't put on any unwanted BF.If you start at 5000 cal.Wher do you go from there?This is a huge mistake rookies make in regards to planning a diet for their cycles. Then they wonder at cycles end why they are so fat.Go figure..........

    Would Adding 50mg of Anadrol to the equation be overkill? I know its hard on the liver-- but would the Dbol/Drol combo be anymore harsh than running something like Tren Acetate? Im not trying to sound dumb or act without sense-- but I recieved 50 of them from a friend and I hate to see good juice go to waste

    I don't advise you to run 2 orals like drol/Dbol together.Just pick one.I'd go with drol,personally.

    Pinn question about your statement pertaining to this thread..

    Does this apply to a person who is "priming" there body before a cycle, obviously you would be on the lower end of the spectrum but I thought you were supposed to immediately bump your calorie upon starting the cycle. Would this not be ideal?

    When priming your body for a cycle.You have about a 30-45 day window after that where your body responds to food/drugs at an excellerated rate.Now,if you are using fast acting drugs like Prop(with an oral),or suspension(with an oral).Then I'd start at a higher caloric in take.But if you are using slow acting drugs like Deca-Test E, and ramp to fast before the drugs quick in,all you'll wind up doing is putting on unwanted BF.No need to have a high caloric in take before the drugs take hold.I personally think far to many young guys go far to high on their calories during cycle.I know some pretty good szie guys that don't go over 4500 cal Ed.On this board their isn't many of that quality either.They might be big,big and fat,not quality mass like I'm talking about.
    Your caloric intake is based on your lean body mass.If a 200 pounds BBer is 10% Bf.His lean mass is 180 pounds.That is what you base your calories off of.
