    my secend cycle

    my first cycle 200 deca 8 wek
    250 enthat 8 wek
    20 mg dainbol 6 wek

    i want take naw second cycle
    400 deca 12 wek
    500 sistnon 12 wek
    3/5/6/7/7/6/5/3 dainbol 8 wek
    anvar wek 7 to 12 30 mg
    wek 13 &14 brgnil & clomed
    wek 4 to 14 nolvadex
    what do u think?

    here i show id should look
    Sust 500mg 1-12 weeks
    deca 400mg 1-11 weeks
    d-bol 30- 40mg 1-4 weeks
    anavar 30mg 6-12 weeks

    d-bol should not run more than 4 weeks at a time as it is very toxic toyour liver and can hurt you. hope that helps.

    If you ran such low doses in your first cycle you definitely dont need to be running 4 compounds now. Just do three tops, and dont pyramid your d-bol either, its totally pointless. I wouldnt even use the var.

    Either you gear was fake, or your training + diet is not good. Post up your diet and work-out routine so we can see if there is something that needs to be improved.
