I'm going to take deca @ 400 mgs/wk

And take test 400 mgs/wk also and continue to take it aobut two weeks after stopping deca

my question is what should i do with my pct... and easy, simple, cheap first suggestions?

and do i have to worry about aromatization with deca?

first of all give us some stats, cycle experience, goals , age...everything...

sorry, first cycle i see that now.....secondly for your first cycle drop the deca you wanna see how your will react to test only...now you have t400 by the looks of things so 400mg a week is good, do 200mg monday morning, and 200mg thursday night...run this for 10-12 weeks, and you will get good gains and after your time off you will be able to tell how well your body likes test and how the dosage treated you, and weather you need to add more test, or another compound for the next cycle....as for pct i would go with 20mg nolve ed for the duration of your cycle, and look at getting some clomid for pct...it will start 14 days after your last test injection....

and if u mean get big while losing fat...then pick one...drop all the fat or bulk up...

whoa...holy crap...forget everything i said earlier...and wait...then when you are 22 then come back and reead what i wrote oyut for ya and follow it then.....do not do any sort of aas now, you are to young and you will do damage to your body that can not be reversed...the hormones in your body right now are 10X better than any sort of injectable chemical you can buy, and your body will use 100% of the correctly...just go check the diet forum, and get your diet and calories on the right track and you will grom better now than you will if you tried to do the same with any sort of aas at your age....please listen to me....

I'm guessing you have a high BF% by your stats. I think you should check out our awesome dieting forumn and think about cycling at a later date.

You wanna bulk....great do not use steroids...use food at your age, food wil be better than any gear you will put in your body to help you grow....please just get your diet on track and you will see better gains than you ever though tpossible...trust me...
