    MY First Shot results

    I shot 1 1/2 CC in to a Delt
    wow, i have to agree with it went is as butter, just like most said
    i kept the pin in for additional 10 seconds.
    after a few minutes my left arm is a bit numb right now, and about twenty minutes later the the Delt in the Delt spot I have some pressure now, but muscles probably absorbing new substance and i am somewhat hot.

    Starting tomorrow i am getting my FOOD ammo ready and eat like an ragging animal.

    Ant suggestions what else should be done after the first shot in complete?

    btw,
    where are my cookies, since i have joined the dark side lol

    Please,I urge you to have your nutrition in place.This will make or break your cycle.Don't start off eating 5000 cals ED.You'll need to slowly ramp your cals each week as needed to keep growth coming.Also by ramping your cals slowly,you'll eliminate alot of unwanted body fat.Don't skimp on cardio just because you are in a mass phase.The cardio will reduce the body fat you'll acquire while eating higher than normal amouts of calories. Getting big is great.Getting fat isn't.

    very best of luck to ya on the rest of your cycle, and good to see some one did some leg work and i hope your grow like a weed.....i have never been able to do 1 1/2 cc in my delt...1 cc is my limit, your a better man than I....like pinnacle said, your diet will make or break your cycle...good luck...

    i had all planed out and the stuff ready close to two years ago. it was just sitting there waiting for me. I feel like i am in best shape ever right now.
    I did absolutely no supplements (drink/smoke) and wanted to keep my liver free of any type of abuse for over a year.

    now my stash is hitting the expiration date so its now or never, but as i mentioned before i feel this is the right time and good age for me.

    my shoulders are like two huge bricks so it went in smooth.

    i appreciate you granting the green light and especially the last minute advice you have provided which is very helpful and right on for bulking where i will gradually start upping the calories.

    after my first shot i felt really good so i did legs and a good abs workout today. I will definitely keep that waste thin and build upper body along with legs so miner cardio is in order of course. The real training starts this Mon since I want to get over the break in period and especially looking forward to a few sweaty knights for the body to officially adapt to the anabolic phase.
