taking letro, need to take pct need help bad

i took 10weeks of deca and letro, i finished 2weeks ago, when are you suppose to stop taking letro? i been taking letro 2weeks after i was done will that do any harm? also what happens if you dont take pct?, my friend told me to take it 3weeks after i finish my cycle, is that correct? let me know because i feel numbness on my left foot and its getting me paranoid

Letro can be used for PCT, though other AI's are better suited IMHO. What dose have you been taking?

The reason its taken 3-4 weeks after the cessation of Deca is due to Deca's active life is 21 days. Dont want to encounter any estrogen related gyno in this time, so carry on taking it. You do need to slowly ween of it though. And investing in some Nolva will really help. It can be obtained from AR-R. Whats your PCT protocol also?
