    4 hours till on stage and have an important ???

    im in a bodybulding show and im on stage in 4 hours and noticed some inflamation from a shot of prop in my left delt!!! i was wondering if i could take some advil to bring down the swelling or will it screw up with my blood while i continue to carb/fat load.

    dont know bro id be taking some strong ass inflammation tabs . should have no effect on carb load though

    should have dropped oils at 7-10 days, and anti-inflammitoreis will make you hold a bit of water, but if your dry you should be fine imo....ice pack is your best bet though...

    2 hours stage!!

    i did my last shot of prop on tues, but didn't really surface till yesterday and thought it would be gone in time. live and learn. feeling tight dry and hard, first time i did the carb/fat load perfectly!!! weighed in at 190lbs at 5'9" and sitting at 4 to 5%. glutes are in like my first show, but this time im 23lbs heavier. kept igf in till yesterday and definitly helped maintain mass during the last few days, considering i got it late and started only 16 days out.

    thanks again guys, dry mouth is really kicking in and feels like ive got sandbags in there. dropped my water 6pm yesterday (friday) and gonna have my first liquids (carb drink) in an hour or so with 10 iu's of slin.
