how would you run this tren a/test cycle.
This is my first tren cycle.I am 6'4'' 241 18-22 bf?
all I have is two 75mg/1ml 10 ml bottles of tren a and one 300mg/1ml 10 ml
bottle of test e.
I was thinking 50mg eod of tren for 6 weeks,
300mg of test e every mon for ten weeks.
I know this is a lighter dosage for my size but how can I get the most out of this cycle.
Also need to know what is the best pct compound for recovery and keeping every possible gain.

I refuse to comment til you get your body fat down to a respectable range of 10 % or so.Til then you have ZERO business running anabolics.If you let yourself get in that condition,it clearly shows you have NO discipline to follow a correct diet.You'll just continue upward on the BF scale.Don't think so?You think anabolics do the work for you?Boy are you in for a rude awakening.

thanks for your opinion but nah.I havn't actually took a test but I'm not at all fat.

Teh how did you come up with 18-22BF%,,,surely if you were lean...youve not said that amount...listen to pinn bro...he know what he is talking about.

I would take pinns advice and drop the bf before considering taking any kind of AAS, also first cycle should be test only,
how long you been training?

well i would drop the bf first as others have stated, but i dont think it's necessary to get to 10%..i mean to me, 10% is really fvcking skinny, i mean most people get a 6 pack at around 12-13% if they train hard..im currently about 230, 6'1", sitting at around 17% bf..having a six pack is not a huge concern of mine, and frankly, im pretty happy where im at (bf % wise, not size wise)...being a student (a good one) makes it VERY hard to keep diet in PERFECT order..i mean, i do my best, but there are only so many hours in day, and i have to go to class, study, work about 20 hrs/wk, and go to the gym 6x a wk, so all that takes up quite a bit of time..sometimes i'll be at the library hitting the books hard for a big test, and i know that i need to eat something, so eating subway will give me a lot of carbs that i dont want late at night, but to me it's better than eating nothing (or eating really shitty food like McD's or JITB)
but everyone has their own opinion and their own goals, these are mine
