    whos tryed a sustanon cycle??

    what were your dose's and gains?? and calorie intake?

    Man, not to come off like a dick, but this question has a million and 3 different answers to it...be more specific....i have tried it at lots of different doses and with lots of different doses....give us some stats, age, cycle experience, goals and we can tell you doses and calories to try...

    What are you trying to get out of this question

    Do you want to know about first time sust user's they would use about 500mg per week.Gains are completly dependent on the user and there deit,workout and sleep.
    You could gain nothing our you could gain 20+ pound's.
    Cal's protein and carb's are A indivual thing that is dependant on that perticular person's need's

    I have done A sust only cycle and made great gain's 26lb kept but I deited down to about 8% body fat first
    500mg per week for 12 week's
    250mg shot on mon morning and 250mg shot on thur evening.

    If this is for you post up your stat's and cycle history and we can help you set it up right.

    Then go to the top right hand corner of the page type in sustanon and youll have more info than you can handle

    I have read a lot of your threads today, clements and they are vary vary general and have millions of answers to them....try and use the search function, then when you have all the info, ask a ddetailed question, including your age, stats, cycle experience, and goals...Thank you...

    so. for a first cycle you think 500mg of sust would be ok? how about sust vs. test e? this is a general question....not specific person.

    thanks... atleast someone understood me... the search is to general if a type in sustanon it will come up with every thread that has the word sustanon so i would have to look through 100000 pages

    Alll i am saying is that you need to post stats, and with your information we can tell you what kind of a dose you should run and what to expect, generally...your gains of 250mg sust a wek are not going to be the same as mine, so there is no point in me putting up my doses and calories, when we are prolly not that clse in body type...You know what i mean now???

    im just curious about everyone else's results... well anyways im 5'11 190 on 500mgs sust and 40mgs tbol (started the 12th) i eat between 3000-4000 cals a day....about 220 grams of protein a day..work out 6 days a week rotation upperbody then lowerbody(and abs)....would like to get to atleast 205 and drop about 2-4%bf and get some abs .... are those realistic results??

    2-4% bf. dude.... ive heard that 2%bf is just enough to line your intestines and other major organs. that cant be good.

    I just started my Sus. cycle the other day I'm 5'9 180...same mg/wk, I also am eating a clean diet with high carb/protein and lots of calories.....working out 6 days a week seems a little much to me...i dunno.... but you grow while you sleep not when you work out....
