    Test E and Turinabol

FIRST OF ALL, LET ME POINT OUT that I first posted this on 6-12 in another forum. Since I wasn't getting any responses I decided to put it in here and see what happens.

Anyway, as of 12:25 Monday morning (6-12-2006), I weigh 203.5 pounds. I am 6'2" tall.

I just started using Test-e (250mgs. twice a week) and oral Turinabol (40mgs per day).
As soon as I did my first injection on Saturday, I could immediately feel it....is that normal??
I am doing one day weights, then one day 50 minutes of cardio. I don't have hours to spend in the gym, but, I think its enough since I usually go almost everyday ( Life usually makes me take one full day off per week ). I count cardio days as off days tho, but one day a week, sometimes (rarely) two, I can't get into the gym

With the weights, I'll do chest, bi's and tri's one day, upper back and shoulders on another, legs another, and stomach and lower back on another. I can usually do 3 routines per body part per session (for a total of six routines).

For each routine......I do one warm up set, then 3 sets to where I can only do 5-7 reps, and after the third I lower the weight to my warmup (with about 10 seconds of rest) and do a burn out set. I can do all of this in about 45 minutes (six routines).....at most one hour.
I AM OPEN TO SUGGESTIONS AND IDEAS ABOUT MY WORKOUT.

I haven't been good lately at counting my cal's, carbs, or protein.....I was doing this before my cycle and know that I should really do this now. I read some guys thread and he said he ate 6 to 7 thousand calories......I found another thread on here that shows a formula to figure this out.....the only problem is that the formula has these variables about how much you think you are active.....its kinda confusing.....but I chose one and was instructed to eat about 3500 calories a day......71 grams of fat.....310 grams of carbs......316 grams of protein.

P.S. HEY I AM NEW SO FLAME, COMMENT, SUGGEST AT WILL

when u say that u felt it after ur first injection of test, that could be a mental thing. i'd up the tbol to 50 or 60 mg/ed. probably 60.

as far as ur workout routine, i'd change that to what im doin since it works for me (might not be ur thing)

    day 1-chest
    day 2-legs + abs
    day 3-back
    day 4-tric + bic
    day 5-shoulders + traps
    day 6-off
    day 7-off

make sure u get ur cardio, why not use cardio as a warm up

lol getting a little defensive.. i really dont care what you do, just trying to give some advice.. oh yea - you could split it up so that you wouldnt need to work out on the weekends and have a rest day in btw, but like you said you dont want to hear anything thats not yours

dont worry about it. i was lookin thru ur profile and i looked at ur cycle exp and it said test e/tbol. did u stack those or did u run em individually in different cycles?
if u did stack em how did that go for u?

Yeah, I do cardio. On my routine, I've been going 3-4 times a week for 45-50 minutes.
When you mention doing cardio as a warmup, is it okay to do a 45-50 minute cardio session as a warmup?

Hey soccer, thanks for the T-bol suggestion. That calls for one more pill per day.....I'll do it.

No, you would not feel this the first day, neither compound works that quickly. But hey, if you get a psychological edge from knowing you're on by all means roll with it and crank out some extra reps.

There are many problems with you're routine but I'll just point out the most pressing...one day lift/one day cardio is grossly insufficient for proper muscular stimulation, also your body part split (as well as sets & reps) needs repair. Visit the training forum.

No, this is far too excessive a warm up. Those who do so tend to go 10-15mins, most experts agree anything over 30min. detracts from your strength (workout) and thus decreases gains. Either split cardio (before and after) or reserve it for afterwards.
