my first little cycle
HI u all!this is my first little cycle,just a little help for me.I'm 23 years old,1'88cm and 78kg. I have been training for three years(when I began I'm 68kg!).so,with a trainer's help, we've designed this:
week
1st 250mg boldenona(monday),250mg testoviron (wednesday)
2nd 250mg boldenona(m),250mg testoviron(w)
3rd 400mg boldenona(m),50mg deca (tuesday),250mg testoviron(w)
4th 400mg boldenona(m),150mg deca(t),250mg testoviron(w)
5th 350mg boldenona(m),50mg deca(t),250mg testoviron(w)
6th 300mg boldenona(m),250mg testoviron(w)
7th HCG monday,wednessay,friday,saturday.
and of course, nolva,legalon,proviron and vitamins every day, what do u think?

fire your trainer and spend a lot oftime on here reading on proper cycling techniques. Your trainer obviously has no clue what he the hell he is talking about

all right,than u all.i've heard before that the best first cycle is for example 500 mg testoviron 200 mg deca per week,and that it's a nonsense to use bolde with deca(both are nandrolones),but my trainer assures me that it should work in me,so I entrust him.

too bad, you should listen to these guys,play it safe for your first cycle,but i guess your gonna do it anyway,so good luck hopefully you wont have a bad reaction to something that can remain active in your body for so many weeks,your trainer sucks ass,a real trainer wouldnt advise a cycle like that.
