    first cycle(ongoing) gains so far....

    im currently in 6th week of my first cycle of Test ( TestProp 100mg/ED, wk1-5 100mg/ED, TestE 500mg/wk, wk1-12).strength gone up for sure,and start seen some gains too but gain little too nuthing on my arms. Just wandring as how much you gain on arms as compare to other parts may be 1inch in size?my intake is around & over 300g pro,125-150g carbs, 50g fats.
    jus out of curiosity, if my arms size is 16.5" and with strict diet high in pro and cals and carbs and training right...will i be able to get it around anywhere near 17" by the end of the cycle?

    you should have no problems gettin your arms there man, try and focus on them a little more, and keep your good clean food intake up, and increase it as your weight goes up...my arms took forever to grow, i started doing really heavy arm curls and not giving them a choice, they had to grow...and it worked...train em hard....

    thanks for the feedback, sure will do that in coming weeks and try to up the diet too.
    is it ok to eat pizza on cheat day lets say once in 2 week time.LOL....its just i crave it sometimes

    Bro, how hard ya hittin your tri-ceps. They make up alot more of your arm mass than the bi's. One of the main growing exercises I do for tri's is weighted dips. Followed in close by closegrip bench. And I havent got the slightest idea what this is called, but I did it one day and have been doing it ever since and it works the tri's out great. I'll take dumbbells and holding them side by side like your getting ready to do flat dumbbell raises, raise and lower them keeping them touching one another. I guess you'd call it a closegrip dumbbell raise? Anyway it works. Its ok to carb out one cheat day, but dont let it slip to other days. I find if your carbing up on cheat day, I'll do heavy leg day the next day "just in case".

    cheat meals are fine....my rule is it is better to eat one pizza in one meal on one day than it is to eat a piece of pizza everday...
