    coming off cycle

friends I am about to come off my Test Prop/ Var cycle for 6 weeks. My cardio has really struggled. This is my first cycle and I have put on 25 pounds while on my cycle. I didnt lose much BF like I wanted to. Any tips for getting in better cardio during PCT? Is clen a good choice? I could use to lose a few pounds of BF.

First question why is your cycle only 6weeks??..... IMO 10 weeks would work better. There are not tips for better cadio..... Just get your Butt in the gym and log some time. This is the difference between the men and the boys. Men eat right, cardio and have proper PCT and boys think the roids will cast a magic spell on them and make them have no body fat and giant muscle bellies! Read up in the Post cycle forum!!..... very helpful! IMO proper pct is the most important thing!!

i used walking for my cardio durin pct, your main goal should be to get in to pct and hang on to the good gains you have made.first cycle length is usually 10-12 weeks but i think what the hell youve made good gains and saved on juice,i say good for you.
