    Doctor monitoring / gyno

this is a two part question, maybe you all can help me out... i'm 6'3 250lbs.. i had a cycle 3.5 years ago of Test and Decca both 10cc of 200mg..

    1. my first question is that i got moderate gyno from the test and decca cycle and i didn't do anything about it. as far as blockers are concerned.. are there any ways to reverse gyno aside from surgery at this point?

    2. i'm starting a cycle but i want it to be somewhat safe so i want to go to the doctor and get tested, how should i ask the doctor about that stuff and what tests do i need to ask for.. i have a shitty HMO so i wouldn't know where to start..

Gyno is typically not reversible. There are many excellent threads on this subject here. You should always have an AI on hand for this exact reason. See your doctor and ask him about our options at this point - which will probably be surgery.

For your second question - what are you trying to accomplish? I am not exactly sure what you mean by being "safe". You can always get a blood test done and check your test, liver, kidneys, estrogen, cholesteral, ect. This will tell you your current physical state. There are many websites that clearly explain blood test results and what they mean.

    Good luck
