I recently took a 1.5 year break from working out (compound fracture, followed by a new job with horrible hours)
In the last two months, Since I started working out again, I have put on an incredable amount of weight, with no anabolics. About 25lbs. On top of that, I have lost a little bit of body fat!
In theory there should have been no way for me to put on this much weight, my diet has only been about 500 over maintnence, and I think your body needs 3500cals to put on a pound of muscle, on top of that my diet hasnt been very clean!
Any Ideas what causes this?
Has anybody else experienced this before?
